Basis and purpose of processing

The GDPR stipulates several legal bases for processing data. Your personal data will be processed pursuant to your consent to the processing of personal data, referred to in Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR, and for compliance with a legal obligation to which the controller is subject, pursuant to Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR, as well as for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of the official authority vested in the controller, pursuant to Article 6(1)(e) of the GDPR.

 

Period of processing of personal data

The period during which we will process personal data depends on the legal basis that forms the grounds for the processing of personal data by Żegluga Szczecińska Turystyka Wydarzenia Sp. z o.o. We will never process personal data for a period longer than the one resulting from the legal bases.
